One of our main objectives is that you and those you care about enjoy the Park Royal experience to the fullest.
Safe Guest Program is a proprietary Park Royal Hotels & Resorts program covering five essential hotel operation areas that ensure a secure vacation. The program includes Cristal International Standards, a renowned operational safety, quality, and hygiene standards English company, and ECOLAB specialized cleaning products. We promise that you enjoy a safe vacation.
You can feel safe from the moment you arrive
We welcome every guest and check their temperature. We ask every visitor to disinfect their shoes in a mat and use antibacterial gel often. Dispensers are distributed around the hotel. Our staff also disinfects your luggage.
We take care of you while you rest
Our staff follows meticulous practices, with which we achieve a high-quality cleaning and disinfection that ensure complete and safe rest.
Enjoy your stay to the fullest
We perform a thorough cleaning and sanitization of common areas and materials after each use. In addition, we continue to encourage a social distance of 5 feet (1.5 meters) both on the beach and in the pool.
Entertainment and fun
During entertainment events, we clean and sanitize each area and item used before and after and conduct small group activities.
